North Arm State School is a very proud member of Education Queensland's Instrumental Music Program, arguably the best music education system in the world and certainly the leader of its kind within Australia.
The Instrumental Music (IM) program provides skilful tuition and instrumental hire of woodwind, brass and percussion instruments to students from Grades 4, 5 and 6 at a discount rate providing both quality and inclusivity to eligible students.
All IM members are automatically part of one of the school's Concert Bands and are often seen entertaining the school and community on Parade and special events.
NASS is proud to offer the IM program and supports its teacher, Rebecca Summers in her capacity as IM teacher and band conductor.
