Application for Enrolment Forms
If you have not yet done so, please collect and return your completed Application for Enrolment Forms. Prep positions cannot be confirmed until these are received and out-of-catchment positions for 2022 are limited.
Birth Certificates
Finally, children cannot be enrolled at the school until an original birth certificate has been sighted. If you are yet to bring us your child’s birth certificate please bring it in with your completed Application for Enrolment Forms, or when you attend your Enrolment meeting. Application forms for Birth Certificates can be downloaded from www.justice.qld.gov.au.
